It is a retreat at the edge of the city's center, near several universities, restaurants, and cafes. The nearby Metro line allows you to easily access most of the city's cultural attractions. The space Step into this light-filled apartment! Its attractive styling and comfortable interiors cultivate a pleasant stay. Large windows and balcony doors flood the main rooms with plenty of natural light. The balcony is spacious enough to allow for pleasant outdoor dining. Still, there are plenty of excellent restaurants in the neighborhood if you prefer to eat out. The well-equipped kitchen is all-new with modern appliances.
