Only 600m from the Medieval Town, 600m from the Acropolis of Rhodes, less than 10 minutes walking distance from city centre & 20 minutes from Elli beach, is the perfect place to create unforgettable moments and dream like memories with friends and family. Its superb location in one of the best neighbourhoods of Rhodes city, just a few steps from Supermarket, Bakery, coffee shop and Pharmacy, makes it ideal for families, couples & friends looking for a unique home to serve as their base for exploring the island. ***Please kindly note that our gardener, Mr. Babis, will have access to the outside premises of the house, in order to water the plants and take care of the garden and the lawn, as needed. Please kindly let me know if you would like to arrange a specific time frame for his presence, during your stay. *Guests must show a valid ID during the check-in process. Quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. You can visit the Medieval Town just by a 10 minutes walk. Only 600 meters away from Acropolis of Rhodes, 600 meters from town center and around 20 min walking distance from the famous Elli Beach. A few steps away from "Super Market Kypseli", "Moka Bakery", "STEAM CAFE", two Pharmacies and a City Bus Stop. There is also a very nice park with Restaurant - Bar and kids playground, just 5 minutes from home. You can have a short walk to the top of Monte Smith Hill, overlooking Rhodes town and enjoy the fantastic view and amazing sunsets. You can rent a car/motorbike or just walk around the city and use the city buses. There is free private parking space available at the property for 2 cars and motorbikes.
