Very welcoming manager with prompt replys with any message communication or questions. Accommodations were clean and spacious both indoors and outside. Seating areas all around the yard. This House has a center location in Selianitika with easy beach walking access and close to taverns and coffee shops. Just a block away. House area has a wonderful gated yard, parking if needed, well lit with night sensors. Home had appliances toaster oven and coffee pot. A laundry option and everything needed for a family to stay comfortably in for a week. Air condition in both sleeping spaces as well. We will plan to stay again for any future vacations in Selianitika. Thank you for your hospitality. Fruit trees and vegetable garden were an added Greek experience.

The villa was easy to find, clean and well-equipped. The gardens were beautiful and we were welcome to help ourselves to the fruit and vegetables. The owner, Mirko was exceptionally helpful and spoke good English. Altogether a very relaxing stay.

We enjoyed the whole experience! The host, Mirko, was very welcoming, meeting us at the corner and guiding us to park our car. He then encouraged us to make fresh orange juice from the oranges on the trees, shared his fresh brinjal and basil from the veggie garden for a dinner, and even supplied us with eggs one morning! He gave us tips on where to shop for delicious bread in the village, and also on a possible excursion to an island by boat. He was quick to respond to requests on Whatsapp, lending us an iron before the family wedding in Longos. The cottage was clean, the kitchen was equipped with all we needed, the air conditioning worked well, the drying racks outside were perfect after our swims in the sea, and we had lovely sleeps with the aluminium shutters that blocked out light. The location was very central, with easy access to the beach, to restaurants and to the village for shopping and an ATM. We were there for 7 days, and did not want to leave!

Mirko is a very nice and enthusistic host. The complete garden complex around the houses is very beautiful. There are a lot of orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. It is allowed to just take the fruits from the tree in order to eat them or press fresh juice from them. The house is very close to the sea with a beautiful promenade. All in all it was very nice , just our stay was too short.

De supervriendelijke host verwelkomde ons persoonlijk. Hij gaf ons een tour door de tuin, legde wat dingetjes uit en kwam even later langs met vers geplukte oogst uit de moestuin. We mochten alles plukken als er iets rijp was (citrus in de tuin o.a.) en ik mocht het SUP board gebruiken. Fijne kamers, goede voorzieningen, lekker rustig, mooie tuin en dichtbij zee. Goed te vinden en bereikbaar met de auto.

L'emplacement était idéal, proche de la plage et des restaurants et commerces. La maison était agréable et confortable avec un jardin tout autour, oranges, citrons et figues à disposition. Mirko, le propriétaire, a toujours été disponible, il nous a accueilli très cordialement et nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les activités alentour. Très convivial, nous avons été invités à un BBQ.
