It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a king size bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. An undivided room, consisting of a comfortable living room with three couches, a large dining room, one bathroom and a fully equipped spacious kitchen with counter top and a fireplace. 2. "Our beloved nest Turdus merula" is a house of 140 m2. with an open plan attic, has a strong resence of wood, of old and refractory brick and of copper, and it’s ready to offer you a memorable experience to you, your family or your friends. It has 4 small bedrooms with beautiful colors on the ground floor with 1 small bathroom and 2 spaces in the open plan attic. An undivided room, on the ground floor, consisting of a living room with two couches, a large dining room, one bathroom and a fully equipped spacious kitchen with counter top and a fireplace that you will definitely fall in love.

In a quiet neighborhood, full of trees, underpopulated, with small homes, it keeps its quiet even when Nea Makri is the most favorite destination of all the Capital’s (Athens) residents, away from the noise of cars and motorcycles, the noisy night life of the coastal road and the nighttime humidity of the sea. You are very close to an amazing resort, with a lot of people that literally inundate the area, especially during the summer months.A huge coastline that doesn’t let you get bored.Starting from Nea Makri’s nearest beaches, crowded or more secluded, the beautiful ouzo restaurants with the amazing appetizers, moving towards Marathon beach with unparalleled tastes and originality of Greek cuisine’s taverns and moving on to the suntrap beach of Schinia, with high-society beach bars and numerous water sports, like surf, scuba diving etc.In15 minutes you can go by foot or in 2' by car to the city center where you can find all the shops, the banks and the beach,the picturesque fishing porte -where you will find fresh fish from fishermen's boats early in the morning with an enormous variety of restaurants, bars, clubs with tables, literally, over the sea in a city that never sleeps.
