Luxurious Villa composed of a 2-storey newly built vacation villa in an idyllic landscape. Set in a 4.500 m2 plot on the green hillside, this holiday resort has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Mediterranean waters and landscape, through the building's large windows. The indoor spaces get articulated over a total area of 240 m2, in an interplay of volume and light. The ground floor consists of: a living room, a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms one of them master en-suite bedroom with walk-in closet, and 1 more bathroom. The large staircase leads to the first floor. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms: the master en-suite bedroom with walk-in closet, a second bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a kitchen and a spacious living room, equipped with a TV and a fire-play. Free Wi-Fi access is provided in all parts of the villa. All 3 bedrooms on the first level enjoy an excellent sea view. At the ground level, the indoor areas extend to a spacious terrace, all around the property, and one with excellent sea view. The property hosts several features, all seamlessly integrated around the house: a pool, green areas with trees and flowers and a BBQ. The Villa is STRICLY non-smoking. If smoking is detected, extra fees may apply.
Villa Stellar is the ideal place for those looking for a sophisticated holiday resort, overlooking a beautiful Mediterranean bay. Porto Heli, with its lush vegetation and private harbors, maintains its aristocratic air, due to the blue-blooded, shipowners, businessmen and powerful of the country, who remain there, protected from the crowds of cosmopolitan Mykonos. It offers an absolute sense of privacy and luxury combined with a panoramic view of the Myrtoan Sea and the Greek hinterland. It is the ideal destination to escape the crowds while still being close to the bustling center. In summer the atmosphere is magical in the excellent restaurants and taverns along the coast. In winter, the area is less busy, but beautiful, offering calm and luxury. The bay is surrounded by olive trees and the natural scenery is amazing, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The nearby small sandy beaches offer a sense of relaxation.
