This beautiful apartment is located in the historical Center of Ioannina, the most picturesque area of the city, just 500 meters from the lake and the castle. The major museums of Ioannnina, the parks and cobbled streets are a few steps away! The apartment is fully renovated with the owner's finest taste. You will enjoy your vacation in a clean and elegant enviroment.
The apartment is located in a quiet street a few meters away from the ancient part of the city in a very vibrant and up-and-coming neighbourhood, full of cafes, restaurants and bars. You can leave your car in the adjacent parking spot and stroll around all day long on foot. Runners can enjoy their runs by the lake with the most amazing view. At the end of the day you can enjoy traditional food, drinks including tsipouro, the Greek version of grappa, only a couple of minutes far from the accommodation. Also the apartment is a 10 minute drive from Pyrros National Airport (4.4 km) and a 5 minute drive (1.9 km) or 14 min walking (1.1 km) from the Intercity Bus Station (KTEL). Once you arrive, there is absolutely no need to use a car in the city. There are three parking spots close by, the nearest one is underground and only 2 minutes away, Polychoros Agora Parking. Prices are very reasonable (5 euros for a whole day or 3 euros if you leave before 8pm as per their July 2023 price list). For those into cycling, there is a bike rental shop, Green Move, 3 minutes away.
