Staff friendliness, cleanliness, lovely breakfast, beautiful rooftop pool with great restaurant and bar Distance to city centre, need to use taxi to get around. Hotel shuttle was fantastic when it was available. Shuttle bus drivers were great, very knowledgeable. |

excellent design, good services, nice staff, good restaurants, the roof top pool is beautiful. Room prices are ok but the restaurants are quite expensive. location is a bit out of the city centre but they have a shuttle to take you there and it's possible to also walk. |

This hotel is simply wonderful, the design, decoration, staff, cleanliness, organization. This new concept of hotel deserves 5 stars. Everything in this hotel has very good taste. One of the best hotels in Greece, the best of thessaloniki. everything would be perfect if the Internet were not so bad. The Internet and the connection is horrible. An 5 euros per hour or 15 euros a day is absurd |

The hotel was just superb. The service and the conditions were excellent. I liked the most the design of the rooms and the hotel. The view from the rooms is not very good. I have booked a room with a sea view but the view was not so good, it was to the bad side of the sea port. |

Date of Stay: March, 2010 It was exquisite . Much better than the site shows. The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Everything that we needed was provided immediately. The bus service that they provide is fantastic. The two drivers were incredible, with very good history knowledge and always telling us new things about Thessaloniki. M'spa was the best, with specialized personnel great gym, swimming pool etc. The location is not in the center, but that was not a problem. It is a walking distance and when we didn't want to walk there is a bus line (No. 31) that we took and the bus station was very close to the hotel. Great value for money. As hard as we tried, we couldn't find anything negative. Maybe as an improvement, to have more variety at breakfast. Everything else was absolutely perfect. I would devinitely stay there again. |

Really luxury. Room: modern and comfortable. Bathroom huge. Bed: comfortable. Internal hotel's structure: very nice furniture, bars and places where you can feel very pleasant in the evening (as soon as you sit down they take a glass of water). It's very nice and good taste. In the spa area is a turkish bath in the changing room (I did not like because I wanted to stay with my wife) and a swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Business Center: computer/printer free. Breakfast: nice restaurant, plenty of quality. Room floor not so clean. The position was not so nice and the area is ugly. For who's travelling by car, there's a parking and it's close to Thessaloniki city center (the city is small). For who is travelling without car the area is safe and served by buses. |

This is an impressive 5-star hotel with its very unique look and feel. Definitely worth a visit. Rooms could be bigger, however this is a small con compared to the overall experience in the hotel. |

Exceptional interior design, good lockation, very friendly stuff, up to date to the offered services, exceptional restaurants and over all a very good city hotel. Better trained stuff. They are very friendly but I think that they need further training to meet the very high standards that the hotel is trying to set. I also think that the parking should not be charged. |

The underground Parking We could not sleep at night because of the night club just next to it. You except far bertter services from the stuff when your are paying these prices. Unorganized. Overall very low value for money. |

The gym is fully equipped with Very bad value for money. Deluxe rooms are very noisy from the live music club next to the hotel could not sleep at night. Unorganized personell, Asked for simple glasses in room over 3 times. never arrived. Spent 4 hours at the reception during my 8 days stay for cheking and cheking and discussing the same thing over 10 times with different persons. It features modern design that doesnt work. bathrooms are viewable from room with glass, the sink floods, and the shower cabinets fills the bathroom with water because of bad design. |

Great modern design,brand new hotel with very kind & helpful stuff. The hotel has also his own mini Bus and is lifting you in the town centre with no charge. May the best Hotel we ever visited in Thesalloniki |
