I liked the friendliness of the staff, the nice design/architecture, the roof-top swimmingpool and the roof-top restaurant with balinesian food (if you are not hungry a nice experience). The bed was especialy comfortable! The view on the new port-area (industrial port) was not so nice since it's a construction and "out of use" area. But all the other 270° of the view from the roof-top restaurant was very nice. The sink in the bathroom is nice to look at but not practically i.eg. the rests of your toothpaste and all other dirt remains in the sink because it's flat and not gradient to the drain. details... |

well designed hotel with good room, excellent breakfast and nice staff. the outside areas are quit dusty because of vicinity to the material handling for the harbor. |

Very beautiful roof garden with nice view. Very enjoyable swimming pool and spa. Modern design furniture. Unaccetable attitude of the staff. Ten minutes waiting to have a coffee, dismantle the breakfast while eating. The room was not done. Very poor design of the room: sink floods, small, no place for baggages, not a great sea view. In overall judice overrated hotel |

The hotel is well located, although initially it appears in the middle of nowhere. It is actually close to city centre,and public transport, just a short walk from hotel. All staff are professional, courteous and approachable. Breakfast was fantastic, with an amazing variety. Bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. |

The roof top bar and pool area was used extensively, the hotel also had an excellent shuttle bus to take guests to the town which is only a ten minute walk and picked you back up again! |

The welcome staff is very hospitable, rooms are perfectly clean, service is fast and prompt. The pool at the roof is very relaxed place for evening drink, and the spa (turkish bath and jacuzzi pools) are perfect after long trip or busy business day in the city. Also, breakfast is just perfect. There is something for every taste. It is totally unacceptable that a hotel of this type charge for using the Internet! Big minus! |

Very friendly and polite personnel, as well as professional. Did not like the fact that the shuttle bus of the hotel (to the city center) was not available most of the time during the day. This should be mentioned/ stressed prior booking the hotel. |

Staff friendliness, cleanliness, lovely breakfast, beautiful rooftop pool with great restaurant and bar Distance to city centre, need to use taxi to get around. Hotel shuttle was fantastic when it was available. Shuttle bus drivers were great, very knowledgeable. |

excellent design, good services, nice staff, good restaurants, the roof top pool is beautiful. Room prices are ok but the restaurants are quite expensive. location is a bit out of the city centre but they have a shuttle to take you there and it's possible to also walk. |

This hotel is simply wonderful, the design, decoration, staff, cleanliness, organization. This new concept of hotel deserves 5 stars. Everything in this hotel has very good taste. One of the best hotels in Greece, the best of thessaloniki. everything would be perfect if the Internet were not so bad. The Internet and the connection is horrible. An 5 euros per hour or 15 euros a day is absurd |

The hotel was just superb. The service and the conditions were excellent. I liked the most the design of the rooms and the hotel. The view from the rooms is not very good. I have booked a room with a sea view but the view was not so good, it was to the bad side of the sea port. |

Date of Stay: March, 2010 It was exquisite . Much better than the site shows. The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Everything that we needed was provided immediately. The bus service that they provide is fantastic. The two drivers were incredible, with very good history knowledge and always telling us new things about Thessaloniki. M'spa was the best, with specialized personnel great gym, swimming pool etc. The location is not in the center, but that was not a problem. It is a walking distance and when we didn't want to walk there is a bus line (No. 31) that we took and the bus station was very close to the hotel. Great value for money. As hard as we tried, we couldn't find anything negative. Maybe as an improvement, to have more variety at breakfast. Everything else was absolutely perfect. I would devinitely stay there again. |
