Theo apartment is newly built on the first floor of the house and is located in the center of Marathias, a small village in South Corfu. Has one bedroom with double bed and above has a low ceiling loft space accessible by wood ladder to be used as an sleeping area with two single beds. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with the sitting area and bathroom. Both rooms have air condition. Apartment has also a pleasant sitting area on the balcony, where you can relax overlooking olive groves and mountains in the background. It has private parking directly in front of the house. Is ideal for family with the children or the couple.
Mini market is approximately 100meters from the property where you can buy everything required for daily needs. Are also two taverns and a bakery. The main road is 200 meters from the property, with a bus stop that has services both to the capital Kerkyra and the second city Lefkimmi, which is only 8 km distant and has supermarkets, such as Lidl, and also other shops. The most beautiful sandy beaches are only 1.3km from the apartment. There are some more bars and traditional taverns and a short walk away quiet unspoilt beaches. Additionally there are opportunities for hiking and biking with spectacular views.
Even though the apartment is at the center of the village, the life is peaceful and tranquil and the villagers in the neighborhood are able to enjoy their afternoon siesta.
