Villa aneme is a luxurious newly built independent house completely renovated in May 2018 in one of the most quiet but central areas of Spetses. It is located next to the Anargyrio and Korgialenio school. It has a total area of 205 sq.m. and is 80 meters from the sea. It consists of three levels, ideal for hosting 2 quadruple families or 4 to 5 couples.It has a total of two king-size beds and two single beds as well as two sofa beds, a bunk bed in the same room as single beds and a double in the cinema room. The sofas feature versatile mattresses for a totally unforgettable sleep experience. (Total 4 doubles and 2 single beds) All rooms feature state-of-the-art Fujitsu air conditioners. Additional mini bar refrigerators are located on each floor. Two bathrooms (1 downstairs and 1 in master room). Toilet on the top floor. The cinema room features a 60' LG 4K TV and LG home cinema built for a unique gaming experience. Two HDMI outputs with console / game console connectivity. Kitchenette with mini bar is close to the cinema room.
Single living room of 55 sqm with high aesthetics, traditional Spetses wooden ceiling and furniture selected with taste in minimal at the same time style that create a functional, comfortable and calm environment. 30 Mbs fast internet with coverage throughout. Latest technology home appliances. LG refrigerator-freezer, siemens kitchen, independent hob, microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, bosche dishwasher, Hoover washer-drier. We also have a Weber Q3000 gas stove in a separate balcony next to the kitchen. Balcony with a large corner sofa overlooking the sea and the sunrise. On the veranda was placed a luxurious three-seat SPA mini pool for an unforgettable spa experience with 41 different jets. Small courtyard at the entrance with pergola and outdoor shower. Its layout allows comfortable cohabitation for all the family.
It is 250 meters from the most organized beaches of the island (beach bar Kaiki). 100 meters from the entrance of Spetses Hotel and the Chapel of Ascension. 15 minutes walk (1,1 km) from the port of Dapia and the hotel Poseidonio through the coastal scenic road where the wagon's, trademark of the island, continuously perform their routes. There is a direct taxi-boat ride from Costa to the hotel Spetses (130 meters from the house). In Kaiki Beach bar are available sea sports. At the same location is the Spetses sailing club with weekly sailing courses from mid-June to late August. The courses are located in the same area in front of the beach. To the left of the organized beach (under the schools) and to the right of the hotel Spetses there are beautiful unorganized beaches with sandy bottom. 80 meters from the house there is a quiet little bay, a beach that is used almost exclusively by the neighborhood.
