Perfect for a couple with a child! - Villa Anemos is a 2 bedroom house (78sqm) and can accommodate 4 guests in beds and up to 6 guests if needed. Outdoor area The outdoor area of the complex offers several facilities, shared between the villas, which include: - A 40 m² communal swimming pool with sun beds, umbrellas and resting area - Barbecue and outdoor dining area - Beautiful garden with seating area - A communal washing machine - Each villa has it own parking space Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge”, requiring a fee of 1.5 euros per night from March to October and 0.5 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
