Villa Givera is surely the place you are looking for your dreamy getaway to Crete Island. It’s really your home away from home and let’s discover together why this is so! Villa Givera is truly an exceptional property nestled in a peaceful hillside location only 5km far from Rethymnon. This lovely property offers privacy, peace of mind and complete relaxation thanks to its privileged location and the overwhelming views to the clear blue sky, the Cretan countryside and the inviting Aegean Sea. The villa boasts a spacious, well appointed interior (130sqm) with wooden ceiling and stone tile details, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons in its 3 airy and sunny bedrooms. The big spaces, the classy decor, the large terrace with its lovely sunsets, the stunning swimming pool along with the beautiful gardens and the BBQ facilities will give your vacation a special touch of comfort and wellness. Additionally, Villa Givera is located only 2.5km far from the highway which connects the whole island. Thus, it's a crossroad between the two biggest towns of Crete, Heraklion and Chania and it's the perfect starting point for visiting every corner of the island.
I work as a translator and professor of Spanish language, but at the same time I dedicate a big part of my time and energy in promoting Givera Villas, our family business. I love being in contact with people all over the world and satisfying their desire for exciting and relaxing vacations. My intention is to build a familiar and friendly relationship with guests, contributing to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Villa Givera is situated in a peaceful location only 5 km far from the center of Rethymnon. Nearest shops, tavernas and beach are located 3km away. There are many great attractions nearby, including Rethymnon's old town, the Venetian Fortezza, the Venetian harbour, the Loggia, the Rimondi Fountain, Saint Franciscus Church, the Neratzies mosque, the famous Sacred Monastery of Arcadi, the Village of Margarites and the Village of Eleftherna. The beaches of Preveli, Triopetra, Ligres, Agios Pavlos, Damnoni, Ammoudi and Rodakino are of exceptional beauty (Southern Rethymno). In addition, the small towns of Plakias and Agia Galini are worth visiting and there are many beautiful beaches around.
