Alex the villa owner is amazing. He recommended a private chef, driver, restaurants, yachts - he is always available on WhatsApp and happy to help. The pool and outdoor bbq area is incredible and my 9 guests never felt cramped or uncomfortable. The bedrooms are all clean and comfortable, and in 5 days we had our towels replaced and kitchen cleaned twice which was unexpected. I would love to stay here every year!

Located in the peaceful area of Kalafatis, in less than 2 km from the beach, this beautiful property offers an ideal choice for a dream vacation. As a part of a complex of autonomous villas it combines traditional mykonian architecture with the luxury of modern conveniences. The ground level hosts the living room, a full equipped open kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom where the underground level hosts four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen, a living room and a laundry room. There is air-conditioning in all the rooms. The well designed outdoor area located in front of the villa displays a large modern pool and a great lounge area around it. There is a very comfortable dining table under the elegant wooden pergola and a built-in BBQ. The pool area is equipped with several sun beds and three big umbrellas providing comfort for guests in order to enjoy the sea views. The villa is ideal for families with young children as there is plenty of room for play, or for couples and friends that want to everything Mykonos has to offer while also being able to retreat into a more private setting.
My name is Alexandros and I am the owner of 4 wonderful Villas in Mykonos Greece. Although I have traveled around the world and explored many beautiful places, I have always dreamed of a place that combines everything a holidaymaker could want. My properties in Mykonos made that dream come true. All villas combine traditional mykonian architecture with the luxury of modern conveniences. Furthermore, they are only few minutes away from the famous beaches of the island and the cosmopolitan and party atmosphere that Mykonos town offers. Finally, myself and my partners personally take care of everything that can make the vacation of our guests unforgettable.
The property is situated near the fully organized Kalafatis Beach with turquoise waters, water-sports facilities and a diving centre. At maximum 10 minutes drive there are many of the southern beaches of the island (Kalo Livadi, Lia, Elia, Agrari, Agia Anna) with fine sands and Mediterranean cuisine restaurants. In less than 3 kilometres from the property is the pictorial village of Ano Mera with its well-known monastery of Panagia Tourliani and its famous traditional taverns. At Ano Mera guests can have access to super-markets, bakery shops and ATMs.
