Not many Villas in the island of Lefkada can boast such breathtaking views combined with a high quality finish and level of service. Part of a new complex consisting of two luxury contemporary villas situated on the beautiful West Coast of Lefkada, in an elevated secluded hillside location directly overlooking Kathisma Beach. The property is with outstanding panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets overlooking the Ionian Sea. ​ Villa Helios has its own private infinity pool, large outdoor space and a sizeable 135m2 footprint over two levels, with spectacular sea views from every room. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living room and kitchen/dining area opening directly on to a large outdoor shaded pergola, it creates an ideal entertaining and dining setting with the perfect indoor/ outdoor flow. The villa has been finished to a very high standard and is fully equipped, including all key amenities and air conditioning. It is also set up to cater for guests with young children providing cot beds, high chairs and safety gates on the stairs. ** Swimming pool area can be gated off, making it a safe option for families with young kids **
ABOUT YOUR HOSTS: Matt is originally from New Zealand and is married to his beautiful Greek wife Pavlina who he met while living in London. Pavlina’s family are from Lefkada and she introduced him to this beautiful Ionian island on his first trip back in 2003. Matt was instantly hooked by the stunning undeveloped coast line and amazing west coast beaches with incredible azure and turquoise waters, similar to a tropical paradise!! Having spent most of his childhood summers by the sea in New Zealand and Australia, and having travelled extensively around the world, Matt was taken by the island and knew we just had to get a slice of paradise to build their very own dream Mediterranean summer holiday home. After an extensive search they luckily came across this beautiful Kathisma Beach plot and were immediately taken by the views. They acquired the land in 2007 and after a long and painstaking labour of love they completed the build in late 2016. "We are very proud to share our luxury villas with our guests from all over the world and together with our super amazing local villa manager Mina to provide our exceptional standard of service and give our clients an unforgettable holiday"
