Great value. I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Tegus but this place was much nicer. The location is slightly less centralized but still close to everything. For half the price the quality was definitely double!

I went for work so I don't know about tourist attractions, but the food was great and the people were very friendly. I rented a car and it was fine driving, as long as you are used to driving in cities in developing countries. Not as bad as many places. I would like to go explore outside the city next time.

an interesting city, especially in the oldest part of town.
an interesting city, especially in the oldest part of town. Great Spanish colonial architecture. Easy to walk around. Safe enough. Museums closed when I went, which was disappointing. It’s very hilly! Also, it’s 1000 m above sea level,so if you’re not used to altitude, as I’m not, take a day or more to acclimatise

It has a bad reputation, and I was nervous about going there. But, the airport is conveniently located in the middle of the city, and there are buses on the street directly in front of it. Once I arrived near the hostel, it was in a safe neighborhood.

Beautiful sites.
Beautiful sites. Centrally located, rent a car or taxi tours , many things to see and do. You will recognize several American restaurants and brands. We had an amazing trip from the National parks, Lake Yoja, and the beach on both sides of the country.

I stayed for two days in a work trip, the city has few sightseeing places and local people told me it is a little dangerous to walk the street passed 6:00pm.
Night life in the city was nice I visited a coupule of bars and a food truck zone near the UNAH (National University). The local beers are something worth to try.
It was clean, cheap, safe and they helped me get Ticabus tickets to Nicaragua and also on my way to Utila. The staff is helpful and answered all my questions about navigating through Honduras. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the city. What I liked the most about the hostel was the location (safe part of Tegucigalpa) since I could walk to the supermarket and other places around. Would recommend without a doubt.
My Third time staying here!! Worst experience during this pandemic. The showers were very nasty and dirty, the room had so much dust, when the a/c came on, the dust was flying like a dust tornado. The housekeepers were friendly, However many weren’t using gloves. The breakfast was okay, however, one server used the same gloves to clean the tables and removed trash and served food. Really bad experience. I will definitely try other hotels in the area…..
The property is very close to the airport and feels very safe with a 24-hour security guard. The hotel is beautiful decorated and has a lush garden area for the restaurant. The food was super good and the included breakfast was delicious! The front desk employee, Nelson, was so helpful and spoke perfect English. Thank you Nelson!
We arrived in the dark and didn’t see any hotel sign. I was a little unsure at first from the outside. Once in the host was great. The rooms are very average and plain but clean. There’s a sitting area and kitchen and even some space for cars inside. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay. We will be back.
the staff are all very kind. the area to eat is near the pool so you have a nice place to sit, relax and enjoy. there are a few resting areas around the hotel which I enjoyed so you didn’t have to feel cooped up in your room. the staff is all really friendly & the food option/menus was plenty.
breakfast was really good, wait staff was nice
place was very clean and the location was in a safe neighborhood
the security guard was very nice, he took us to our room, he was very polite.
he told us about the hotel and answer every question we had.
The room was well equipped and clean, plus the hotel provides water filling stations on every floor. The location was right across Marina Mercante, which is good for seafarers. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. Well recommended.
The hotel staff booked two taxis for us, and it was OK. They also had laundry service, which was pricy but fine. The room was just fine, with a spacious bathroom. The hotel is in a residential and quite area. Good breakfast.
It’s great hotel! Great location and it has a very nice view! However, they do not accept credit cards payment and they didn’t accept a cash payment that was only one dollar less that what they asked!!!
It seems it belongs to an owner/ organizations, who seems to own all the hotels in this small district. Therefore, the district is safe and clean, and with some restaurants and bars
Free room upgrade
hot water, location near the center (but unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people right at the entrance to the hotel), intercity bus terminal directly opposite the hotel
Breakfast was amazing. The stay was well worth it. Great place and great location. Love this hotel, it's mine and my wife's favorite hands down for a weekend escapade.
