We loved the place we stayed, close to the river and the many restaurants in the centre. There is so much to see, but we didn’t have much time. Definitely considering coming back. Pepo’s was a great restaurant- fabulous food and local wine. And they knew how to serve a proper Espresso Martini

We went there for a Sci-Fi convention with our friends for a day. We spent almost all of our time at the Brod Fortress near the city center. The fortress is beautiful, but if there are no events at the times, it can be enjoyed very quickly. The main street, where you can only go by foot, is full of life... coffee shops, cake shops, stores. People are great and friendly.

It would be unfair of me to comment as I arrived as it was getting dark and left in the morning but it appeared to be quite industrial. I didn't see enough of the town to be able to have an opinion.

Free parking included. Super fast wifi. Sparkling clean, I honestly have never stayed at a cleaner place, and I am a neat freak :) Fully equipped apartment, full kitchen and even a washing machine in the bathroom, A+. Host is welcoming and friendly, we even got a gift when we were checking out which was very thoughtful and sweet. I would stay here again anytime.

The apartment is big enough for two people with a large living room and dining area, a small bedroom with two single beds, and a large bathroom. There is also the balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. There is public street parking in front of the building, and the host paid for our parking. We found even toys for kids and a kids corner, which my daughter welcomed excitedly :) Well maintained building, a nice underground garage, a lift and a superbly equipped place! Also - in a walking distance to the centre of Slavonski Brod and near many shops and restaurants! The coffee machine would be appreciated by anyone who likes coffee!
