It's a cosy and comfortable, 60 squere metre situated on 3th floor. It has two large double bedroom, a spacious living room/dining room with a balconny and an air-conditioner in it, a modern and well-equipeed kitchen and a bathroom. The dining room has a big table which is ideal for having a meal and in a living room is a big sofa with a big tv. The flat has wooden floors and big windows with a lot of lihgts in all apartment. The flat is ideal for 2 couple or for a family. It's a no-smoking house and no pets are allowed.
I'm Žaneta, born in Bosnia and Hercegovina and now living in one of the most beautiful town, Split. I'am very friendly and love to meet new people and culture. There are a lot og tings I like to do, such as traveling, hiking, climbing, beaing in nature.... I'm really happy to have the opportunity to rent out my apartment with people from around the world. If you have any questions or need any information, don't hesitate to ask.
My apartment is situated in an area of Split called Lokve. It is quite and safe neighborhood in Split. You can relax in the warm summer nights in our apartment and in only few minutes be in the popular places in Split. You can park your car in front of the building (public parking is free in my area) and go from our location in 3-8 min by car to popular places like beach Žnjan, beach Bačvice, Dioclecians palace, Marjan Forest park, shopping Mall of Split or City Center...(or in few step by bus). Dioclecians palace is 20min by foot and the beach Trstenik is 10 min by foot. Near our apartment is another neighborhood called SPLIT 3 where are a lot of shops, supermarkets, caffes, pharrmacy, vegetables market, bakery, buchery... next to our apartment you have also bakery, supermarket and pharmacy.
