Very clean place, beautiful decor masking the whole facility feel homey and cozy. Great location, hour to Zadar and same to Split, close to many beautiful islands. We were beyond happy and would definitely come back! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Villa Rosa to anyone!

We stop one day here to continue our long trip to Albania and was amazing. The Hause is private, full options, have everything, the woman was so nice, free parking in the shadow. Everything really clean and the bed so confort. Thanks a lot

Quiet & Clean. Our hosts were great, even got homemade ohoravac (walnut schnapps). Not too far from Sibenik old town. Stores nearby & not too much traffic. Drive into old town goes straight to underground parking at 10 kuna/hour.Everyone was friendly & the place is really clean, the rooms are basically soundproofed.

Loved that the beach was less than a ten minute walk. The property is several hundred feet from the beach as is restaurants and bars. Five minute walk to a small market where you can buy fresh baked bread, cold cuts, etc….
Free property parking, free Wi-Fi. Washing machine in the room and an awesome air conditioner.

Very calm, small and offering a very comfortable Rezaliste beach with huge parking free of charge. Situated in a very picturesque place close to Sibenik city. A lot of small marinas, one bigger dock with ferry to neighbouring Krapnj Island. Perfect place for long walks.

A really quiet town in our experience, not much night life, which is great for families and people who just want to rest. As for restaurants, most of them are busy but we were able to get a table without booking. We found only one café where they offered lactose free options for milk, and even they ran out of it for the next day. Locals are helpful and nice to tourists.DóraHungary - 8.0Scored 8.0

Brilliant hosts, lovely small garden at our disposal as well as the patio in front of the appartement. The accommodation was very well situated for taking the ferry across to the neighbouring Krapanj island as well as a local bus to the nearby historic town of Šibenik.

It is a small town with a newly built beach.
It is a small town with a newly built beach. Good infrastructure. Well thought out. Monument lovers can visit nearby Sibenik or Split. A great place to relax (there is no crowds and commerce) and you can easily get to beautiful beaches.

Fully furnished, all-round new equipment from floor to ceiling, neat, tidy and clean on all levels. Our car parked directly in front of house was great. All this together with extra-super host Ivan who is 100% responsive and helpful means a happy and joyful vacation in Brodarica. We for sure had it!

Beautiful view from the balcony to the see.🦑🐟🐠.Only 5 minutes by the walk to the best beach 🏖 in Brodarica. Only 2 km by car 🚘 to the big shopping 🛒 center and 5 km to the Old town Šibenik. I think we will return for sure to Nada Apartman next time

Apartment was spacious and very clean. All was new. It had 2 balconies with view to see. It has air conditioning. The best was the location, beach was on walking distance, local store and restaurant too. By car you have supermarket and 2 very nice and turistic cities near by: Šibenik and Primošten. It also had a private parking.

The apartment looks more like a house with a garden. It’s new and stylish. We loved relaxing in the garden and having barbecue in the evening. Highly recommended!

The apartment is like the pictures, very clean and it has all the things you need. Well equiped kitchen and a nice balcony. It is just a 5 min walk from the beach and by car close to Sibenik and other sights, very convenient location. Thanks for everything and we hope to be back again!
