My place is close to the city center,public transportation,art and culture,hospital,supermarkets,sports facilities,parks.. You’ll love my place because of newly renovated and furnished three bedroom apartment on first floor,close to city center and city train station.Apartment has lots of space (80 m2) and 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.It is located on main Zagreb street Ilica in the building on the on 1st floor or 25 min walking to main square,or few tram stops.Public transportation is 5 minute walk from apt. There are city train station and bus station.Parking around apartment is free and near apartment is public garage where you can park if you dont find place around the building.Every room has Tv.Kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven,gas stove,microwave oven,dishwasher machine,new kitchenware,pots and pans.Part of the kitchen is a balcony and pantry.Bathroom is separated from toilet.Living room has square sofa which can be converted to bed for two people and it has access to second balcony.Main bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed.Second bedroom has 2 single beds.I provide clean linens, towels and bed linen.
I am trusted and organized person, I love to hang out and respect all people regardless of race, color of skin, religion or sexual orientation. I'm meticulous and tidy person who a lot of attention paid to order and cleanliness, and I expect the same from my guests. Free time I like to spend with my family, nature walking, riding a bike or in the fitness center.
The apartment is located in the center of Zagreb, in a safe neighborhood Crnomerec.It is located on the main street Ilica and located 2.5 km from the main square.To the tram station and bus terminal Črnomerec has 300 m.Nearby is the Military College,criminal court,hospitals,company Pliva, West railway station,art and culture,0-24 supermarket,cafes,restaurants,fast food, pub, fitness.
