Location and view are the best parts of this hotel. Exit out the back of the hotel and the park that is in front of the sea is right there. Nice strolling along the sea with many outdoor options for sitting and snacking. Breakfast also plentiful and delicious.

The location is perfect, the sea is 1.5kms away, we were in the top apartement and the view is fantastic from the balcony. The bathroom was well equipped and there was plenty of space for parking in front of the house.

It was our first time in Novi Vinodolski and we were pleasantly surprised. Although the main beach is fairly crowded, if you move a couple hundred meters away there is plenty of free space even in the shade. The town is not as spectacular as some old mediterranean island towns but it's not without cultural and historical sights. I stayed in a residential area about 15 min walk to the center, or 20 min to the beach, but nice while passing at local gardens, fig trees and houses. Unfortunately, there is very little or no old town feel, since the place was probably a fishing village for many years and has upgraded itself into a tourist place, providing for a demographic who likes to have a simple vacation with general food options, but no fancy restaurant or shopping. The biggest minus was the close garbage sites next to the main road leading down to the coast. The coast line itself is beautiful and typical for the area and offers beaches, which are attractive but can be crowded during high season.

To much plastic waste around the beaches,people are smoking everywhere and throw the butts away. The old town is nothing than a church and some coffee and bakery shops. Good to have LIDL wich is the cheapest place in town, and provides acceptable quality products. A small picturesque town on the sea with a rich history and beautiful beaches. The advantage of the place are also pet frendly beaches. Across from the town, just 200 meters from the coast, is the small island of San Marino with a 16th-century church. Locals and tourists go there by boat or swim.MMarti976Croatia

Free parking. 10min from the Lopar beach when you go to it :). First grocery is 250m from the property. Nice to have a dishwasher soap and sponge + kitchen rags available. For the price - the best apartment up to date! Small things could make it excellent (add few dishwasher tablets, put at least one toilet paper roll, don't charge additionally for the AC, simply uplift the price).SvenCroatia

In big room is a small shower and toilet, despite it’s really tiny its super to have own shower with wc.
