In this sunny, cozy and charming apartment you will have everything you need. Apartment is situated in Podstrana, small seaside city south of Split toward Dubrovnik and just 50m far from the sea. If you are looking for a peaceful, classy and comfortable place for your vacation, this is the perfect place for you. Apartment is on the ground floor but we have terrace with outdoor tables on the 1st floor for serving breakfast, where you can take a drink or order a breakfast (not included in the price). Apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with bed linen and extra blankets, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, complete cookware (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery), dinning room, living room with double pull out sofa, 2 bathrooms with complete set of towels. The guests have their private parking place right in front of the apartment. Apartment comes with all the amenities you would need and has all comforts of home including flat screen, SAT TV, air conditioning, Wi-fi internet and hair dryer.
Somebody will meet you personally to give you the keys and in case of any questions or assistance during your stay I will be at your disposal through Booking messages, WhatsApp, Viber, iMessage, e-mail or cell phone number, where I can be reached 24/7. We always share suggestions about places to see or best restaurants in the area. We can also find out and give you information about boat trips or any other kind of trips organised for guests in the area (national parks, nearest islands...)
The neighborhood is very safe and the district surrounding our house is very peaceful and quiet, far away from the crowds and the busy Split city area but, on the other hand, with very easy access to this Croatia's second largest city. We are situated in family houses area, serving you with a quiet and relaxing vacation. Yet, our convenient location serves as the perfect base for exploring Dalmatian cultural heritage centre - Split or other smaller cities along the coast.
