Nice apartment in the heart of the old part of Zadar with private parking. Just a few steps from the entrance there is a multitude of bars, restaurants, shops and open market. The apartment has a balcony and faces the courtyard so it is very quiet. Newly renovated apartment in the center of the old city of Zadar. It consists of a large bedroom with comfy double bed and flat screen TV, kitchenette with dining area, lobby, bathroom with shower and washing machine and balcony. It's air-conditioned and with free Wi Fi. It’s a great place for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Guests who stay at our apartment can expect to experience life in the old town which is over 2,000 years old. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price. Price of electricity is aproximately 0,87 HRK/kWh.
