Excellent location just outside the city walls. Only have to go up one flight of stairs and easy access to Ubers/taxi. Apartment was new and nicely laid out with a great terrace. Everything worked great. Would definitely recommend.

Arcus Apartment and Room is composed of two separate accommodation units Arcus APARTMENT and Arcus ROOM. Both units are located in UNESCO´s building built in 1830, situated in the heart of old Split. Units are newly renovated in 2018. Arcus Apartment is consisted of double room, bathroom, equiped kitchen, living room with extandable couch and beautiful terrace overlooking the bastion Priuli. Bastion Priuli, treasure of the Baroque era was built in 1667 on a swampy area, named after general Antonio Priuli. Priuli has served as a defense against Turkish invasion on the north-western part of the city center. The terrace is ideal for relaxing, sunny breakfasts and romantic evenings, all in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and quiet. A special detail in the kitchen is the brick wall, built in 1830, which was preserved in its original state during the adaptation of the apartment. Arcus Room features its own bathroom, a double bed, a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, mini fridge and more. The room window has a view on the street and the square, as well as on stone houses of original Dalmatian construction. The room has sound and thermal insulation.
Welcome to Arcus Apartment and Arcus Room! The Arcus A & R has been in our family for four generations - and it's been through a lot. This family estate is rented for tourist purposes since 2018, when it was last renovated. As a young couple we are in love with traveling and meeting new people from all over the world. Our goal is to help all our guests, make them feel welcome and always be available to provide information about our accommodation as well as about the city of Split. For us, the perfect feeling is to see people from around the world calling this place "home", even if only for a few nights.
