Welcome to MyPlace Deluxe Apartment! We offer our guests modern fully equipped apartment at affordable prices. The apartment is air conditioned and consists of a kitchen, dining and living area, one bedroom, bathroom, hallway and balcony. All rooms are fully equipped for everyday living, which you can enjoy with a smart LCD TV with streaming (Netflix) and high-speed free wireless internet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, for the same purpose a balcony area with table and chairs is available. The apartment is secured with security doors. Parking for your car is located at the courtyard of the building, with an entrance under video surveillance, and for which you get the key to the ramp.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The apartment is easily reached with major intercity and international traffic roads. The Fortress (old town) is 5 minutes driving distance or 15 minutes walking distance, while the city center is 10 minutes driving distance or 25 minutes walking distance. Bus and tram lines to the city center are available. Their stations are located directly in front of the apartment building. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the grocery store, pizzeria, several restaurants and coffee bars. We wish you a pleasant stay!
