Next to Kaštel is Kamplin Square, where concerts and various events are held. The city of Krk itself can boast of blue flag beaches. One of these is Porporela beach, which is only a 5-minute walk from the city center. Along with it, the Koralj beach is known for its exceptional cleanliness, which earned it the blue flag.
