Old Town of Dubrovnik is 20 min. walk from the apartment. The apartment is suitable for 3 persons and consists of: one bedroom with double bed which is connected with living room with sofa (additional double bed), kitchen, bathroom with shower and private parking place. Apartment is modern and stylish decorated and combination of various shades of lilac and purple colors. The apartment has its own private parking in the underground garage, which is free of charge. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the new residential building and has 36 m2. The owner and his family live on the second floor and they will be at your disposal during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with shower, washing machine and hairdryer. You can also use an iron and ironing board upon request. The living room is equipped with LCD SAT TV, Wi-Fi internet free of charge and with air condition. We can also offer a service of transfer from airport upon request or tour guide for Old Town.

Studio apartment is well located between the Old Town of Dubrovnik and Lapad (20 minutes walking distance from the Old Town and 10 minutes walking distance from Lapad bay and promenade), easy access to buses / taxi and with supermarkets, bakeries, caffe bars and restaurants nearby which offer true city feeling and how domestic people live. Shopping mall is a close by and it's easy to take bus either into town or to one of the many beaches in Lapad area. Lapad is a great touristy part of Dubrovnik and there are several nice beaches within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Please note that all beaches in Dubrovnik are pebbly or rocky. Lapad is famous by its nature, long beautiful paths near sea for walking, peacefully atmosphere and great spots to watch sunsets above the islands... Lapad peninsula is located to the west of the Old Town of Dubrovnik and is a place of many hotels, beaches, lovely promenades, and walking tracks. Lapad is also a very nice residential area. The part of Lapad called "Uvala Lapad" or simply Uvala, meaning the bay of Lapad is a place of a lovely promenade beside the bay filled with hotels and beaches.
