Big comfortable house, good for families. little english speaker kind host lives next door. Washing machine was not working but host washed it in her machine, kind treat.

This is a GEM in Stobreč. We got amazing value for money even though it was the peak summer tourist season, and our expectations were far exceeded. We loved having a balcony to enjoy some food and the sunset, the view to the sea and the vegetable garden below was a huge plus. The room itself was very comfortable. The bus to Split is easy, doesn’t take too long and you can get tickets for 1€ with the Promet app (cheaper than buying the ticket from the driver). But staying in Stobreč is not at all a trade off when visiting Split, it has a lot to offer in itself. Gorgeous beaches 5 minutes away. Fridge, AC, shower, all worked like a charm. The very nice, amicable and generous hosts let us check out late on our day of departure. I cannot recommend this place enough. Tip: Pizzeria Ivo 2 minutes away makes excellent pizzas, and the balcony is excellent for a pizza dinner!

We spent a great holiday in this apartment. The facility is run by a very nice and friendly family, the rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is also good, very close to the main beach.

For our arrival, the owner welcomed us with a couple of surprises, like cookies and sweet drinks. The apartment overall was very cozy and clean. There was a very pleasant view of the sea from the living room. There were a couple of nice beaches nearby, maximum 5 minutes away.

The lady(owner) is very lovely and helpful. The beach is so close it can be reached by walking just in few mins. I personally really recommend this apartment. We were surprised how good the apartment is for this price :)
