Property info

Renovations at Villa Panorama were completed in 2016 and we have chosen a minimalistic look. For guests that prefer a quiet, calm environment then Villa Panorama is where you want to be. With Panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and very few scatter houses in the neighborhood - you will never want to leave. If its all too hard to cook, our local restaurant is only 250m away which serves traditional Croatian Dishes and a small supermarket on the main highway which has your basic supplies should you need them. The beach is what why most guests come to Croatia in the summer and Ruskamen Beach is so clean, so natural with its calm seas and pine trees you will want to stay all day. This is what makes these apartments so appealing because is has all that you want but most of all the peace and quiet that everyone needs after a long hard year. We are family owned and pride ourselves in old fashion service, our main asset being communication and making sure your arrival is as smooth as possible and your stay even better. Neighborhood info

Villa Panorama is located between Split and Makarska and offers accommodation for couples,families and retirees in a secluded and peaceful destination. A short walk will bring you to this pristine pebble beach, just voted one of the cleanest in Croatia where you can sunbath or just relax under the pine trees. This space is ideal and safe for families, couples or retirees seeking a bit of peace and quiet. The apartments are located close to a range of secluded beaches, optimal for a more low-key holiday, avoiding the summer tourist hustle and bustle. On the main highway is a small supermarket Studenac" for all your amenities and if you would like to taste all the local cuisine, across the road is our local restaurant "Ljetni San" . The town of Omis is only 6km away and there you can arrange day trips for rafting, zip lining, wind sailing or just stroll the ancient town and walk up to the Fortress of Mirabella and Fortica.
