Luxury Pool House w/ wonderful views over bay, just 80 meters from the beach. Two exquisite spacious apartments located ideally in Countryside lagoon! These stunning properties represents the perfect choice, both for young travellers as well as big families. Guests can expect a clean home space in a quiet area near by the sea. Moreover, the property is easily accessible and has marvellous views over the bay & it’s characterised by chic modern décor and wonderful attention to detail. The 2 apartments offer room for up to 10 people, a large outdoor pool with beautiful views of the lagoon of Vinisce, a variety of terraces where you can sunbathe and relax in peace, or just cool off in the pool and refresh. Both apartments consist of a living / dining room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, and a large terrace. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view over the bay. The bedrooms have their own bed linen and comforters, so nothing extra has to be brought. Large and small towels are available in sufficient quantities, as well as hygiene items such as soap or toilet paper, and a hairdryer. Our modern kitchens are fully equipped!
• I will be accessible for my guests 24/7 either via phone, e-mail or Airbnb. Expect a quick and prompt response from me! • I give my guests space but am available when needed. I want to be like a good waiter. Always immediately available but not hovering.
Vinisce is located in a fishermans bay. The beaches are partially filled with sand, others are man-made plateaus, and the water in Croatia is wonderfully refreshing, clean and crystal clear. The place is quiet and Vinisce itself offers as an ideal base for exploring destinations and attractions around central Dalmatia. The UNESCO-protected city of Trogir, Sibenik and Split are not far away, as the Krka National Park. The islands of the Kornati islands are also very close. Vinisce itself invites you to visit it's cafes and restaurants. Small and medium-sized grocery stores offer everything for your daily needs. Market stalls offer fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and seafood caught fresh in the morning are offered directly by the fishermen. Guests, who are looking for rest and relaxation from the everyday life, away from the crowds and noise, will feel right at home.
