- Villa Krnic in Solin -, sunbathed and ideal for up to 12 vacationers with only 10 min. distance from Split (with a car). It offers 5 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, spacious living room with convertible sofa, balcony, 2 bathrooms, toilet, an enclosed garden with a large private heated pool (7.5mx3.5m), free parking, BBQ and Wi-Fi. The villa features ironing equipment and air conditioning on each floor. The cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the total price.
Our villa is the perfect choice for families, couples, business trips. At the same time, villa is NOT for groups of under-25 year olds because the place is tailored as a holiday home, for a relaxing holiday, parties are not allowed. General house rules in Dalmatia apply to our house as well, meaning the outside noise levels should be kept low after 23:00h. During July and August, arrival and departure should be on the weekends. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us beforehand, we are flexible.
Neighborhood is very quiet. The area boasts with friendly people. There is a big market Konzum 1 minute away walking distance where you can buy groceries at a low price. Split is 10 minutes away with a car. Bank and doctor also in the neighborhood. The airport is only fifteen minutes away from the villa. Guests can reach it by a taxi's, uber or public transport. Bus station is 50 meters away, with buses taking you to the Split centre every 15 minutes on working days. Most of our guests use Uber since it's really cheap here.
