Hello! We want to welcome you to our home! The house was build in 1965' its carpeted and it consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and a wardrobe. The smaller bedroom doesn't have wardrobe inside, it has 2 single beds (90x200cm) that cannot be connected together.The hall has a dresser for storing clothes (look pics). The living room has a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 kids. The kitchenette is equipped with the basic gear a fridge and a cook top coming along with a coffee machine and water kettle. The toilet is small size. Towels and linen are provided and changed every 7 days by the host. Toilet paper and cleaning products are provided only upon arrival.The public parking is available in front of the house. We do not offer laundry and cleaning services. IMPORTANT: Dear guests, please make sure before booking you contact us for any additional information. Guests are obliged to provide valid passport or ID card for the registration purposes.

We are Beri Efi we are a young hard working couple and we have a cute dog, we are living in a semi detached building next to the house divided by a fence so we make sure that you have the privacy you need. We want our guests to be comfortable and have nice time at our place! Here is our house rules: - Feel at home away from home,meaning that: - You respect your neighbors and keep things quiet after dark please! Don't use the air condition with open doors/windows. - You respect the house as It would be yours! During your stay please take care of everything as if it's yours and always lock the doors behind you. -No Parties or events are allowed thought the property. -No smoking in the house. -No pets allowed. -Guests are not allowed to move or modify the house furniture in any way. -In case if guests damages anything thought the property are obliged to pay the damage. - Please keep things quiet during this time: 23:00 - 08:00 - When you check out leave the place as clean as possible, unplug the hairdryer and the water kettle,shut down the TV and all the lights in the house. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay in Banjole!
