Family traditional stone house in a calmer part of Hvar town, a close 10 minute walk to the city center. Our house is surrounded by gardens with many plants and natural shade. We are located in a calmer port of the town, and that is what we want to provide for our guests, relaxation and calmness of a true vacation. All of our apartments feature stone balcony or a terrace, where you can enjoy the sunsets and inspiring views, relaxing in the outdoor sofas, or having breakfasts and tan on the sunbeds. Interiors of our apartments are designed thoughtfully and with care to give you a felling of a home, fully equipped for even longer stays. Spacious, relaxing, modern apartments, renovated few years ago, updated and changed every year to always provide our guests great quality. Suited for work from home too. We are a local family full of experience in tourism and gastronomy, so we are here to advise and recommend the best things for our guests, so you can rest and enjoy. We live on the island the whole year and are always up to date with the best things, news and changes in the town. We are here for you. **there are no loud gatherings or parties of any kind at our apartments, nor are they allowed, and as such won't be tolerated**
We are a local family with many years of experience in tourism, renting the apartments for over 50 years. We also cover few different fields of tourism, have experience in gastronomy and live on the island through the whole year, so we have a lot of tips, advices and recommendations for you. Fluent in English and German, intermediate in Italian, we are more than glad to talk about anything you are interested in, and are always available for you by person or phone. We offer tours by car or boat, also island transfers and an airport transfer with our partner in Split. We are happy to organize it for you, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation as much as you can. We try and want for our guests to see, explore, and enjoy the calmness of a vacation on the sunniest island in Croatia.
Our apartments are located in a quieter and less crowded part of the town Hvar, Križna Luka, mostly populated by locals. It is a 10 minute walk from the city center, and surrounded in 5 minute walk by beaches, bars, restaurants, rentals, parking, taxi boat, sport activities and Franciscan monastery. No clubs or night bars close by. It is a perfect location to be close to the town but away from the noise to have the calmness of a vacation. There are 3 supermarkets, one of which is on the opposite side of the street, just in front of the apartments. Nearby, 2 bars on the promenade by the sea have one of the best views from the town for a sunset watch, or a sunset walk following the promenade heading west, which stretches through the whole city where you can enjoy breathtaking views.
