Faboulous brand new studio apartment opened in 2023. Great location! All in walking distance to main train station and main square, bars,restaurants. You'll be in city center and you ll have your peace! The window is overlooking a beautiful park/square where during winter there is a Xmas fair and in June/July great classical concerts. There is option (based on availability) to get free tickets for Zagreb philharmonic orchestra concerts! Internet is good and fast! Ideal for remote work.
Interaction is based on guest preference. Full discretion and self check in/out is possible as well as meeting in person! I am also happy to provide tips and advices on your stay. Guest are free to contact when they want and I ll do my best po provide a fast and useful answer!
The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet although it is the very center of Zagreb. The apartment looks on Trg kralja Tomislava park which is one of the parks of Lenuci horseshoe! The Lenuci horseshoe is the U-shaped system of city squares with parks in downtown Zagreb Croatia. The horseshoe was conceived in 1882 by Croatian urbanist Milan Lenuci. The parks were designed between 1883 and 1887, at a time when today's Donji grad formed the southern outskirts of Zagreb. Most of the Zagreb interest points, bars, restaurants and main sightseeing spots are within walking distance. Tram stop is just 200 meters away. Should you need a parking which unfortunately i cant provide, there is a public garage nearby or a vast open space parking lot called Paromlin with a price of 4 Euro per day.
