Detached holiday house for 5 persons on a huge private property (5,000 m2) in the middle of a nature park, quiet location

Property info

House for 4-5 persons: approx. 80 m2 on two floors. The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen with dining/living area and a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm). Furthermore, there is an impressive fireplace, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub. The first floor offers air conditioning on the corridor, a twin and a double bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower. Adjacent to the house is a covered terrace with fireplace and an outdoor summer kitchen – the perfect place to enjoy delicious barbecues. Further details: Please do not hesitate to ask your host if you would like to purchase homemade wine and brandy. WiFi available free of charge. Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. The secluded and unique location, surrounded by rolling green hills, vineyards, and meadows, guarantees a relaxing vacation for the entire family. Heading inside, you will find lovely decorated and welcoming rooms provided with all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The small village of Gora Glušići is located in the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula, at a distance of approx. 10 km to the coast.
