On the ground floor, there is a Two bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms that can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests and on the first floor, there is a studio apartment that can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. TWO BEDROOM & 2 FULL BATHROOMS: bedroom has queen size bed. It has its own private full bathroom & extra full bathroom with bath tub for the guests. Ask for blow up QUEEN size tall bed if needed. There is also one double bed for two people in the living room, which means that the apartment can host 4 people. Possible to add BLOW UP queen size guest bed & close off for full privacy. STUDIO APARTMENT: Modern, comfortable open floor plan. New re-built. We used all organic toxin free building materials including. Mid Century modern furniture is juxtaposed against ROOFTOP TERRACE: Loft house has its own private rooftop garden terrace with partial sea view and comfortable lounging and seating. The terrace is shared. Access to the terrace is only outside the apartment. It's a short walk by stairs adjacent to the apartment leading to the rooftop. COOLING: AC units are available upstairs in the master bedroom and downstairs in the open space. You won’t need an AC unit downstairs since the house is cool and comfy during hot summer months BUT we have it. HEATING: in addition to the AC unit which doubles as the heater we have FLOOR RADIANT heating as well which adds comfort for winter months and a barefoot feel.
