The house was built in 2000 and the apartment first equipped in 2018. On its own property it offers to the guests a private swimming pool of 40 sqm, barbecue, children's playground and two parking spaces. The discreet homeowners live in the other part of the house with a separate entrance. Apartment for 4-6 guests with a total living area of 70 sqm consists of an air-conditioned living room, equipped kitchen, dining table, two bedrooms with two single beds that can connect, one of them with private shower/toilet and access to the swimming pool and a shower/toilet in the hall. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
