Dear Guests, If you like the sea which is in front of you, the sunrise over it on your left, the forest, the sunset over a 1400 meter high mountain behind your right, and to observe all this from the terrace of a villa built during the monarchy, then you are in the right place. Although the building evokes the glorious past, the apartment's furnishings and equipment are new and modern, the two styles complement each other well... And I am ready to share this splendid view and beautiful feeling with all those, who come with goodwill and respect. Welcome.
My visitors - friends and guests - love to come here not because of the view. The villa is on 5 minutes walking distance from the closest beach across the road, close to two high quality restaurants (Ariston, really across the street, and Mali Raj /Piccolo Paradiso/ on 8-10 minutes walk. However, those who prefer commercial food like pizza, pastas and fast grill, there are also many options just "around the corner". In case your friend is willing to show you his yacht berthed in ACI Marinca Ičići - don't worry. You can even see it from the terrace and walk there in 15-20 minutes. For those who like sports and to explore, there is a full variety of choices from mountain- and cliff hiking, scuba diving or snorkeling to beach volleyball and parachute ride behind a speedboat. Those who like cultural sites, historical places, or just fresh markets and local vine tasting - will find all this in Rijeka (12 kms), Lovran (5 kms), or just crossing the tunnel of Učka mountain to reach Istria. We love to make day trips to Venice or Trieste from Opatija as well. However, if you haven't found it enough, I would gladly suggest you other must see places. Come and enjoy!
