Our Villa is located in beautiful Mezaroca bay, only 40 meters from the beach. Provides great holiday experience for large groups, with privacy. You can enjoy by the pool, soak in jacuzzi, prepare a dinner on garden grill, or just enjoy in seaview from our balconies. There is also billiard and table tennis so you can have really good time with your group without leaving the privacy od the house. PS3 console with games is available on request. House is divided in 4 apartments, each 50 square meters large, with living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, balcony/terrace. It gives enough privacy for all individuals. But we also have large terraces where the whole group can spend time togeather. Pool is private to the guests, daily cleaning of the pool is included in the price. Jacuzzi is located by the grill in the garden. Parking is free and secured by the house on private property.

House is situated in Mezaroca bay, only 5 minutes drive from the main road (“Jadranska magistrala”), with a view of island Zirje and Rogoznica semi-penisola. Whole sealine is made of beaches (pebble, armour with stairs...). Quiet and full of nature. But grocery store, restaurant and caffe & lounge bar are 30 metars from the house, with affordable prices. Very quiet in the evening, you can watch the stars from the garden, have a walk by the sea, or have a night swim. There are no traffic roads to cross for the beach.
