The property is located in Posedarje in the Good CaMa resort where you can enjoy your holidays in one of the most Croatian villas.

Neighborhood info

The villa “Lotus” is an almost identical build to villa “Jasmin” and the two are adjacent. This detached villa also offers comfort over three floors: it has three en-suite bedrooms, a large living area, and LED TV and Internet access (WLAN) in all rooms. For relaxation, the villa has a sauna and a gym (incl. treadmill). The terrace has a pool, whirlpool, six luxury loungers with sun umbrellas and a grill. There is also a landing for a boat, which is available to rent. Each room is air-conditioned, giving you control over the temperature. Parking is available directly behind the house. There is a small supermarket, fruit and veg stalls, a cafe and a restaurant in the village of Posedarje. There is a doctor, chemist, post office, ATM and other shops in the picturesque Zadar (approx. 25 km away). There are fabulous tourist destinations in the region: Krka and Paklenica national parks, or an evening in Zadar. Another attraction is the “Sun Salutation”, a solar cell installation producing an ever-changing light show, making for a flamboyant spectacle by the sea.
