Modern and magical Villa Magica with a private pool, ideal for a relaxing family holiday in Loborika, only 10 minutes by car from Pula. Villa Magica can accommodate 8 persons. The villa consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen and living room. From the spacious and relaxing living area, there is an exit to the terrace with a dining table, pool and garden with childrens' playground. One bedroom with a bathroom is located on the ground floor. The first floor of this new built house consists of three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The rental price includes use of Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, bed linen and towels. Private parking is located in the enclosed courtyard. In this ideal holiday destination, you can enjoy many activities or just simply unwind from your daily routine. Come to Villa Magica with your family or friends and spend your unforgettable vacation in Istria.

The holiday house is only 10 minutes by car from Pula. It is located in a quiet village Loborika. Pula is the cultural center of Istria and offers numerous attractions to visit in your spare time. Pula has many beautiful beaches and coves. In the vicinity of the apartment only 10 minutes by car, there are well-known tourist centers and beaches such as: Medulin, Pomer, Pula, Ramen Kamenjak, Premantura, Veruda and Verudela and Sandy Bay. Visit the famous Brijuni Islands and get spoiled by the breathtaking nature. There are many cycling trails nearby. Come to Pula and spend an unforgettable holiday.
