This beautiful villa offers you modern accommodation with sea view and pool. It's situated in quiet and peaceful bay with crystal clear sea steps away from the beach, just 30 m from the villa. It provides you with everything you need during your summer holiday: tastefully decorated comfortable interiors equipped with modern appliances, plenty of outdoor space for sunbathing around the pool, bedrooms with balconies overlooking woods and sea, swimming pool and private parking.

Neighborhood info

Rogoznica is located on the beautiful coastline of Adriatic Sea, and offers swimming in crystal-clear water. However, a local lake is stealing the show with its unique features. It is called Zmajevo Oko (Dragon’s Eye) and you can find it on peninsula of Gradina. The lake is of circular form, surrounded with high stone cliffs which serve as perfect jumping points. Due to certain natural phenomena, the lake sometimes looks as if the water is boiling in the depths, which contributed to local folktales than furious water dragon resides on the bottom.
