For myself, I can try to say that I'm a versatile person, and renting an apartment I started with four years ago is an immense experience of broadening my vision and gaining new experiences. Also, I can say that I am a person with early hobbies, who loves to work and study and also enjoys me walking, running, hiking, reading a book or watching a movie. I hope that the style of arrangement of the apartment and the atmosphere of my stay in it will add to the impression of me as a curious young person.

Property info

Dora's place is located right on the border between the town of Vodice and the village of Srima and is thus perfectly positioned between the tranquility of nature and the sea that characterizes Srima as a neighboring village of Vodice, while on the other hand, the center of Vodice is easily reachable and away from the Apartment 15 minutes easy walks along the promenade by the sea. The apartment consists of a bedroom, separate bathroom, kitchen and living room with a circular terrace and is located on the second and last floor of the building. Due to the fact that the apartment is the highest in the building, the terrace has a view of the sea, and the atmosphere contributes to the sunshine of the terrace throughout the day (with the umbrellas available for customization). The kitchen and the bathroom have all the necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, while appliances such as hairdryers, irons, and washing machines are available in the bathroom. There is also an indoor barbecue in the courtyard and free parking is available in front of the building.

Neighborhood info

The location of the apartment is excellent since the apartment is located in a well-maintained village, exactly adapted to the needs of tourists and guests. Namely, except that, on the one hand, is the peace of the forest and the sea, and on the other hand, only 1.5 km from the city center, from the apartment to the beach is 500m or a few minutes walks. Also, throughout the promenade to the city center there are various restaurants, cafes, and bars, with a supermarket 450 meters away, or 5 minutes on foot, and a few minutes by car. Due to the easy and fast accessibility of everything that is needed, the guests have the opportunity to enjoy maximum relaxation and enjoy the nature and beauty of the Adriatic Sea.
