Kiadó a szegedi Tiszapart legszebb részén, a Tisza-Maros toroknál csendes, nyugodt környezetben levő nyaralónk kihasználatlanság miatt. A 250 nm telken van egy szigetelt tégla épület ( kb. 35 nm) és egy újonnan épített faház ( 12 nm). Igény esetén használható a kajak, saját stég, kerékpárok, darts, tűzrakó hely, stb.. A wc/tusoló különálló kis épületben van a kertben a kőház és a faház között. A nappaliban kényelmes kihúzható kanapéágy van, ez 2 főnek megfelelő, a különálló faházban pedig egy franciaágy van, szintén 2 főnek. A nyaraló egyszerű felszereltségű és kialakítású, talán a "vadromantikus" jelző a legmegfelelőbb. A nyaralót leginkább kikapcsolódásra, lazításra vágyóknak ajánlanám, bulizás nem preferált. Kutyus hozható. Szeged belváros kb. 4 km, akár kényelmes sétával is elérhető.
