The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet part of the village, nicely decorated, quiet and clean village, easy access to the hotel, secured parking for guests. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Since we could not make it to dinner, they provided us with a cold dinner in the room. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner are varied, dishes are delicious.
During our stay there were families with babies and they were placed in a room in the middle of the corridor so that the baby's cry could be heard during the night. When we asked to be assigned a quieter room, the lady at the reception met us and moved us to a quieter and even more spacious room, and I thank her for that, because we had a quiet and peaceful night.

We all loved staying here. We were 7 retired people from Canada who found this place very comfortable & we enjoyed the personal interaction with host & the local feel. The rooms were thoughtfully designed for our comfort with electrical plugins, bedside tables, lights, etc. Air conditioning worked well & did NOT blow directly on our beds. This was one of our best accommodations at Lake Balaton.
The only downside was that we arrived by bicycle & had to cycle downhill to the restaurants.
