Welcome to Moravetz Villa, a lovely apartment in the immediate vicinity of Városliget (City Park) and a only few stops from the exciting entertainment district. Our street and own garden is lined with towering sycamore trees in a peaceful corner of the city that's still not far from the center. The apartment is in the lowest level of a historically listed villa built in 1901. You'll have a shady garden for your own use, including a grill and furniture. If you're quiet, you may even meet our friendly hedgehogs in the evening while sipping your fine Hungarian wine. You'll find everything you need in the apartment, and we are family-friendly. The brick walls of the house and the flat's location partially below ground level ensure a pleasant temperature even in summer, so for air conditioning a dehumidifier unit does the job of keeping the indoor climate both dry and cool. For larger parties or families of 5, note that bed sizes are 160cm, 120cm, and 80cm.

The location of the property is optimal. It is located in a district known for stately villas housing offices and residences of foreign diplomats. On our street you'll find one of the most interesting buildings in the city: a studio villa reminiscent of a knight's castle. You'll be few dozen meters from the Városliget (City Park), where you'll find the country's largest playground, as well as museums, cultural centers, a running track, gastro and retro bistros, dog runs, and even a BalloonFly experience. And if entertainment is your goal, the party district is only a few stops away via the city's most important bus lines: 5, 7, 110, 112. Transportation is extremely good. There are several supermarkets, ice cream parlors, and gyms nearby. If you choose to relax at home, you'll have a wildly romantic section of the villa's garden all to yourself, including a grill and lots of tranquility under the foliage away from the noise of the city. When the sun goes down, it's worth keeping quiet, because there are hedgehogs in the garden.
