The hotel is very spacious. There is a restaurant in the hotel, prepare very good and tasty hungarian food.
The staff was very nice and helpfull, we got an extra big suite, probably because there was free rooms. Wellcome drink provided by the receptionists

The location is excellent and the value for the paid price very good. Breakfast was good (for that price).
Reception staff very friendly...we got bigger one-bedroom apartment instead of double room. It was clean and quiet.

Everything about the hotel itself was great. My room was large with a great view. I really got lucky there as I had a top-floor room on the southwest corner of the hotel. The pool/spa area is amazing. With "Spa" in the name of the hotel, this is important. Everything is clean and very well kept up. The food, while not varying much from day to day, was extremely good. Overall, a wonderful experience. There are shops, restaurants, and cafes just a few minutes' walking distance from the hotel. There is also a grocery store just northeast of those shops. The hotel is located in a small village so the area is nice and quiet.
