We got in to Pandang Bai very late at night and had no dramas at all with the pre-arranged transfer and our rooms being ready to go for us on arrival. Loved that we were able to pre-arrange the next day's ferry tickets and post trip transfer as well. The staff were extremely accommodating and made our group trip extremely easy. Thank you!

A great place in Padangbai. First of all, Mike and Masih are very nice and friendly people, they took care of us throughly, they helped me with my wound. Hotel is located only 3-5 min walk to harbour and a great beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. We also used their snorkeling activities and we went to Nusa Penida with a very small group, it was an absolute fun day with a lot of professional local guides. We were allowed to check in early and check out late. Breakfast was also fine. This hotel deserves much better rating :)

I absolutely 100% recommend Absolute Resort. The owner and staff is super helpful and nice. I visited with my grandparents and mum, and they hosted us very well. We felt right at home. They also arranged a boat ride for my grandparents (who have limited mobility) and they loved it very much. Thank you 🙏🏽

Breakfast was excellent - made to order eggs, toast, fresh fruit, cereal, Indonesian noodles, orange juice, coffee and tea. The property is beautifully landscaped and includes a well laid out pool area, restaurant, and covered lounge. It is associated with the Absolute Dive shop so it’s easy to arrange scuba and snorkelling trips. ie a private 3 hour snorkel with 2 stops included water and fresh fruit and lunch. The staff was friendly and helpful — thank you. The rooms are basic but had everything we needed including a fridge, balcony overlooking the garden, large private bathroom. And the best thing was the large potable/drinking water dispenser in the room! Great initiative to reduce plastic waste. And on that subject, I was appalled at the plastic garbage in the water and on the beach. It would be wonderful if the local communities worked together to clean things up.

We booked last minute as we had missed our boat to Gili. Actually worked out really nice. Room was clean, balcony looked out over the garden with a partial sea view. Pool was refreshing with a pool bar. Staff were attentive, Beers were icy, pizza was fresh from a pizza oven, and the breakfast was pretty good and included in the price. Would definitely recommend to use as a base for exploring, if you are an avid diver, or if you just need a stop over for a night while waiting for the boat.
