Quite nice and central location. It's about 15 minutes by feed to reach the ferry. An Indomaret is around the corner. The owner was very helpful and supporting by figuring out things. There is a small cooking spot and drinking water is provided. The view from the balcony to Lake Toba is amazing.

This hotel is on great location. It closed to many restaurants. Aside from that, they also have quite spacious car parking area. Our room was clean and cozy, but the veranda has many fallen leaves (no problem). Great morning view. They have their own private pier for those who left their vehicle at Parapat. Also, when high tide, you will have private pool which connect to Lake Toba. The breakfast is also considered good. And they also give you free basic amenities.

This is what I did not like: Small buffet and Eggs were cold and the coffee had a lot of sugar in it and the milk also had a lot of sweetness. Some places offer both sweetened and unsweetened coffee which allows the guest to decide. Some people have diabetes. Restaurant had limited good options and no bar which is surprising for a place that size. We needed the restaurant to open at 7:00 am when we had to catch the water taxi at 7:30 to leave and they barely got us our coffee and breakfast after being there right at 7:00 and we had informed them we were checking out and paid up the night before causing some stress.
