The room was spacious and clean. Hot water shower as well! The staff were also really helpful. They stayed up to help us with a late check in after driving from Bukit Lawang and assisted us in sorting bus tickets for the following day.

Location is good. There’s a swimming pool across the road where you can view the lake. Good vibes having the breakfast there but the late morning sun can be quite strong and ‘burning’. The staffs were helpful enough to bring our breakfast out to the pool. The room is huge and clean.

Handy for bus station. Super clean. Great shower. Had a nice quiet sleep. Everything seemed brand new.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! It was my birthday the day we arrived and they even gave me a card! Lovely spacious room and balcony. The breakfast was excellent! Big variety of good quality food. The grounds and swimming pool were beautiful and very well kept.

The hotel is only 2 years old. The rooms are a high standard , clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and professional . The breakfast buffet is substantial and has a lot of choice. There a huge rooftop bar with great views.

Well you get the good feeling mode from the time you check in here! Such a happy vibe from all the staff & especially Yuliette & Monica for their excellent knowledge of Tuktuk & surrounding areas to help your travels.
