Located in the outskirts of Ubud a 20-minute drive from Tirta Empul Temple, The Mahogany Villa offers traditional Balinese-style villas with a private pool and private garden. Peace and tranquility, beautiful nature as far as the eye can see, with the low hum of weird and wonderful creatures and a light evening breeze, The Mahogany Villa is the place to come if you want to meditate, clear your head and heal, and soak up the atmosphere of ancient spirits. It also a perfect place for honeymooners. The place invites not only to relax, to get to know Balinese food, and do sightseeing trips, it’s more to it. Founded in the traditional Balinese village of Sumita where you will not only be surrounded by Bali’s natural landscapes but you will also see the rural life of farmers and you will certainly hear and see the daily Balinese ceremonies at the temples, giving you the full authentic Balinese experience. It’s real life here.

The Villa is surrounded by some traditional villages, rice paddies, sacred temples, local handicrafts and production of wood carving arts. You can feel and experience the Balinese local tradition with its culture activities. You are not isolated from real life nor are you wedged within a tourist hotspot. You are close to Ubud's dining, art and culture, real coffee and fine dining when you want it, but far enough away to escape. The sounds you will hear are of authentic village life: the sacred, the industrious, the ebb and flow from sunrise to sunset. Nothing you will see or hear is put on for tourists. It is all genuine. The Mahogany Villa is located in Br. Siih - Sumita - Gianyar, it is about 30 minutes from Ubud and approximately 1,5 hours from Ngurah Rai International Airport. The Mahogany Villa location is very strategic, because being close to several tourist attractions, such as Kintamani, Tirta Empul, Goa Gajah, etc. For those who would discover Bali can start the trip from The Mahogany Villa effectively.
