Excellent room, clean and comfortable. Warm, friendly service on check-in. We loved the mini bar options and the complimentary water/tea/coffee. Overall, we feel that the hotel offers the best value for money in Dublin considering the central location. We absolutely loved the iPod dock in the room which was a nice touch.
The bar was being refurbished so there was some construction noise during the day. However this was not an issue and did not disturb our stay at all.
Enjoyed our stay, would recommend to others and would stay again, good location and value for money.
Staff, Location, Cleanliness
No Air Con in the middle of summer even in Dublin is not good and it affected our sleep
The floors were very dirty on arrival. Everything else was very clean, need to clean the floors too though!
Didn't like that I was not aware of no on site parking and that the bar was under renovation at present
This hotel's location is central to main attractions and walking distance to most, i.e. two minute walk to temple bar area. However was very quiet and peaceful. The Hotel itself was well decorated and clean the rooms were modern and there was free wifi
There was nothing I disliked about this hotel.
Central Location. Helpful Staff.
Love the contemporary style and decor. The layout was fab and the beds were very comfortable. Fresh towels everyday was lovely and outdoor balcony was a nice addition.
A few minor things like broken door lock and light didn't work in bedroom.
The staff was so helpful, you really couldn't fault them at all. Wifi was included and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but in a heatwave, not the best as it was too hot to sleep. Had no aircon.
It had no air-con and it was actually hotter in the room than it was in the hallway of the hotel.
We stayed in one of the apartments and the location was excellent. The beds were clean and comfortable and towels changed daily. Having our own sitting room/dining area made it a very social space for 5 friends celebrating a special birthday.
I felt the kitchen area in particular could have been cleaner. Since it was quite warm at night and 3 of us shared a room, we needed to leave a window open for ventilation. This meant however that we got alot of street noise which made peaceful sleep impossible.
Friendly staff and great location Free wifi with unlimited devices
Didn't find value for the money. For the per night price I expected a nicer and larger room.
Sylvia , at reception was very helpful. Thanks Sylvia
Never any hot water The taps are terrible. Whoever designed the tap location on the sink countertop must have been blind drunk. A very inconvenient placement .
Having space to relax in not just a bedroom
No safety bar in bath to hold on. Also bed in 2nd bedroom not very comfortable. No teacloth in kitchen had to use bathroom towel.
Location, friendly and helpful staff, good sized apartment for 4 adults.
- chipped dinnerware at breakfast
Friendly staff, good location, good breakfast, spacious room and had all we needed.
A safe would have been good. Getting a little tired in places
The breakfast was HORRIBLE. Cheap food. The toaster was broken. The pastries were rock hard. It was inedible. The price for a room is WAY too expensive.
Great location close to temple bar
Comfortable small hotel in a quiet location, with really helpful reception staff. The room was excellent and the beds were perfect. The extra touches like complimentary water bottles and mints were welcome.
Breakfast was lovely, staff just need to keep topping up buffet as people were constantly asking for different items and serving bowls etc. The hotel next door has music every night although Saturday seems to be the only late night. So ask for a quiet room if this would bother you. There is a ceiling fan, but no air conditioning.
Clean and nicely decorated
No hotel bar Hotel very small almost pokey Room very small No manager around to complain to Ceiling fan only worked when main light was on Wifi seldom worked Air con units bolted to outside wall on either side of window (very noisy)
The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was extremely clean and pretty. The hotel is right in centre of city with lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep
our room at the very top of hotel was small and very noisy with the beautiful church bells chiming on the hour all night and the gully that collects rainwater was even noisier!!! There was no hot water for showers in the morning.
A very good Hotel in the centre of the town. Clean, quiet (eventhough a few meters from the pub centre of the town) with willing and helpful staff.Recommended for everybody.
Location was brill! Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
There was no air conditioning and the room was very warm which made it difficult to sleep.
