The staff were particularly friendly and helpful - much appreciated, thank you. Recommend the Arlington Hotel just around the corner for some traditional song/dance. Well placed for shopping etc
Location is great. Manager very personable and responded to our concerns. All staff friendly.
Small rooms need remake. All a bit tired. Renovation of the bar was in progress so the drilling noise made staying in the room during the day impossible.
The location is excellent and if you need an apartment for a longer stay, this might be in the running
The apartment (which is in a separate building, not in hotel) is on two levels, with bedrooms below, so be prepared to haul luggage. Furnishing are by IKEA, with no black out shades in bedrooms. Wifi is erratic.
Excellent all round.
Cosy and spacious room. Lovely and helpful staff. Bathroom clear and confortable. Very good location very close to temple bar and ChristChurch Cathedral. the wi-fi efficient and fast. Love this place. Thank you all!
Excellent room, clean and comfortable. Warm, friendly service on check-in. We loved the mini bar options and the complimentary water/tea/coffee. Overall, we feel that the hotel offers the best value for money in Dublin considering the central location. We absolutely loved the iPod dock in the room which was a nice touch.
The bar was being refurbished so there was some construction noise during the day. However this was not an issue and did not disturb our stay at all.
Enjoyed our stay, would recommend to others and would stay again, good location and value for money.
Staff, Location, Cleanliness
No Air Con in the middle of summer even in Dublin is not good and it affected our sleep
The floors were very dirty on arrival. Everything else was very clean, need to clean the floors too though!
Didn't like that I was not aware of no on site parking and that the bar was under renovation at present
This hotel's location is central to main attractions and walking distance to most, i.e. two minute walk to temple bar area. However was very quiet and peaceful. The Hotel itself was well decorated and clean the rooms were modern and there was free wifi
There was nothing I disliked about this hotel.
Central Location. Helpful Staff.
Love the contemporary style and decor. The layout was fab and the beds were very comfortable. Fresh towels everyday was lovely and outdoor balcony was a nice addition.
A few minor things like broken door lock and light didn't work in bedroom.
The staff was so helpful, you really couldn't fault them at all. Wifi was included and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but in a heatwave, not the best as it was too hot to sleep. Had no aircon.
It had no air-con and it was actually hotter in the room than it was in the hallway of the hotel.
We stayed in one of the apartments and the location was excellent. The beds were clean and comfortable and towels changed daily. Having our own sitting room/dining area made it a very social space for 5 friends celebrating a special birthday.
I felt the kitchen area in particular could have been cleaner. Since it was quite warm at night and 3 of us shared a room, we needed to leave a window open for ventilation. This meant however that we got alot of street noise which made peaceful sleep impossible.
Friendly staff and great location Free wifi with unlimited devices
Didn't find value for the money. For the per night price I expected a nicer and larger room.
Sylvia , at reception was very helpful. Thanks Sylvia
Never any hot water The taps are terrible. Whoever designed the tap location on the sink countertop must have been blind drunk. A very inconvenient placement .
Having space to relax in not just a bedroom
No safety bar in bath to hold on. Also bed in 2nd bedroom not very comfortable. No teacloth in kitchen had to use bathroom towel.
Location, friendly and helpful staff, good sized apartment for 4 adults.
- chipped dinnerware at breakfast
Friendly staff, good location, good breakfast, spacious room and had all we needed.
A safe would have been good. Getting a little tired in places
The breakfast was HORRIBLE. Cheap food. The toaster was broken. The pastries were rock hard. It was inedible. The price for a room is WAY too expensive.
