Breakfast was excellent
Friendliness of all staff at all tes very helpful
Location- lovely girl at the front desk - parking discount - really good parked for 24 hours and it was only 15 euro'S. Overall great value for money
Too hot during night reducing it might be brneficial
Got a very good deal on this hotel - breakfast was lovely and american girl on reception was very pleasant.
I have avoided staying here at peak times as it can be over-priced. As with most hotels in Dublin the prices go up during tourist season.
I really liked the location. It is just on the border of the temple bar and around the corner of Christ Church. There is much to discover. The room was at the 4th floor and came with free coffee and cookies which is not everywhere the case. I definitly come back.
Nothing to say. All was perfect whenn I was there.
a lovely hotel i liked everything
there was nothing
Great value room for closeness to city centre. Very friendly staff. Room compact but clean and comfortable. Convenient for both sides of the river. Completely flat sheets, didn't have to remake bed before I could sleep in it! WiFi fast enough to use for working.
No breakfast included in the room which wasn't good
So nice to have apartment facilities very quiet considering the proximity to central Dublin
TV on the blink
All we asked for we got. Made life really easy. No problems whatsoever. Classy
That we had to leave
big nice bathroom
Lobby needs renovating
The room was spacious and very pleasant.there was a bath with shower over with lovely soft towels and all toiletries. We were given a cheerful welcome as the wind and rain lashed outside! We enjoyed a very good meal in Oscars the adjoining resturant
Nothing really though the view was of backs of buildings but did not worry us.
Staff were great. Shower was good
So close to the bells! Room was v hot
Breakfast staff seemed unable to fry or poach eggs correctly
How brilliant the wifi was
Attended a show in Vicar Street which was only a 5 minute walk away, followed by dinner and drinks in Temple Bar, again only a 5 minute walk. Booked a 2 bed apartment for 3 adults and could not fault it - very comfortable beds in a clean and spacious apartment. Shown to the apartment by a member of staff which was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. Fantastic value for such a quality accommodation. Would definitely stay again the next time we are travelling to Dublin.
Lovely room with comfortable bed. Quiet - could scarcely hear external noise. Very easy access to Wi-Fi. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Water in the shower was a bit cooler than desired. Service in the bar and at breakfast a bit slow.
Location and good value for money
Reception area very small.
Everything, always a pleasure to stay here, Staff are excellent to deal with.
